This form is for submitting data to your instructor, in the specified format.

For the ball rolling down the ramp, give the following, as indicated.  Enter the numbers in seconds, and only the numbers.  If you have more than one time for each setup, enter the numbers in the appropriate line, separated by commas:

• In the first line of the box, enter the time(s) required for the ball to go down the ramp in the first setup you used.
• In the second line of the box, enter the time(s) required for the ball to go down the ramp with the washers in the same position, but with the ramp reversed.
• In the third line of the box, enter the time(s) required for the ball to go down the ramp with the washers in the position opposite that of your first setup, with the ramp in the same direction as in the first setup.
• In the fourth line of the box, enter the time(s) required for the ball to go down the ramp with the washers in the position opposite that of your first setup, with the ramp in the direction opposite that of the first setup.

In the box below you may enter additional information about your setup or about how you conducted the experiment.  Other comments or questions are also welcome.
