Orientation Part III_b: Course Videos

Note:  If you have not yet purchased your DVDs for the course, you may come back and complete this part of the Orientation after you have done so.

If you have not already made the request, you need to immediately return to the menu heading "Part 1:  Establishing Communication" (you are currently on Part 3:  Startup and Orientation) and follow the simple instructions for submitting your request.  You should also complete the rest of Part 1.

Remember that it is crucial to enter your access code correctly.  As instructed, you need to copy the access code from another document rather than typing it.

Task:  `q000:  Course videos are posted at YouTube.  You may access a typical video at http://youtu.be/Ke1jwLnY9fs .  These videos are designed for a computer screen and may or may not be completely readable on hand-held devices.

If you do not have a fast and reliable Internet connection you may find it more convenient to have a copy of the videos on a USB flash memory device, from which you can copy the videos to your hard drive.  This can be provided through the VHCC bookstore at a reasonable cost.

Check out the video for download time and readability.

• How did it work?
• Do you want to purchase a copy of the videos on a flash memory device?  The cost should be the cost of the device, plus a $5 service fee for the copying, in addition to mailing charges.  You may request more information on cost in your response.
