Since it is humanly impossible to have those times I would say that the program does have flaws.

I tells me how long it takes in between click of the mouse.

Each breath you take takes longer or shorter than the last, with the fast mouse clicks you get in a rhythm and you will more likely have the same number twice.

My timer only has a timer button it does not give me the option to save, clear, ect.
