A steel ball rolls down a ramp and collides with a marble, as in the video. The marble is slightly smaller and quite a bit less massive than the ball.
If they both experience the same force, which will have the greater acceleration?
That means that the marble had greater acceleration
If the forces were exerted during identical time intervals, which would have the greater change in velocity?
The Steel ball would have a greater change in velocity

I agree with one of your answers and not with the other. Since acceleration is the rate of change of velocity with respect to clock time, and since the two are in contact for the same time interval, the object with a greater acceleration will experience a greater change in velocity.
