Physics Lab Materials Question

The website I used to order the initial lab materials:

I ordered the initial materials through the address above, everything seemed to go through with no errors. I have not received any materials yet, although I'm not sure if I made a mistake on the order, or if my living outside the local area (I live in Chesapeake, close to Norfolk) has anything to do with this. I am concerned only because the assignments for this week (week 2, 1/13/15), for example Error Analysis Part 1, require some lab materials, and a review of the DVDs is part of the assignments. I did not want to re-order the materials if I already have a order submitted, but I'm not sure how to verify.

I want to verify I ordered the initial materials correctly, and let the instructor know I have not received any materials yet, and that not having the materials may impact my ability to complete the assignments.

Any assignment that requires the initial materials can be put off until you have them, though there isn't much in the Week 2 assignments that does require them.
