the dvd instrustions

i haven't used the DVD until now (which I know is bad) but now that I am trying I cannot figure out how to use it. I looked back on the DVD instructions and it brings up a Web page cannot be found. I had thought it was just a minor problem at the beginning but it's still a Web page cannot be found.

my question is this: How do I use the DVD?
