I have sent you several emails over the weekend and today. I have not gottent any responses. I am not trying to rush you however I would like to make sure that you are receiving them. I have copied them to this message under the work box.

I got the messages, and have already posted answers. Note that a lot of these could have been sent via the form and would have gotten a quicker response.
