I am sending you the copied message that I just received from my proctor site after I asked to make an appointment for my test 1. I need your advice on what to do.
Dear Chelsea,
Since this class is not taught at JTCC, you will need to obtain a Proctor Request form from the Testing Center at Virginia Highlands Community College. You should fill out the student’s section of the form and fax it to us at 804-594-1503. Please make sure that all the information is legible and also indicate on the form which semester you are taking this class. We will fill out the proctor’s section and fax it back to VHCC. Please allow 4 business days from the time that we receive the completed paperwork for us to process your request. If you have any questions, feel free to email us at testing@jtcc.edu.
Please note that we are only able to proctor 2 exams per course, per student for the summer session.

Where do I get this form? Also what should I do after I complete 2 tests? Should I try going to J Sargeant Reynolds Community College? I send this message to your email a few days ago and still have not received a response. Would you be able to contact them so that I can take my test next week?

I would recommend trying J Sargeant Reynolds, especially since JTCC is limitin the number of tests they will proctor. There have been no problems or delays in arranging testing with their testing center.
If you contact them and submit a Proctor Information Form, then email me, I can contact them.
Right now everything at VHCC is inaccessible, likely due to a pretty intense electrical storm that came through awhile ago. It's not clear how long that will last, but I can't email you, as I ordinarily would, so do email me as soon as you see this.
