Dear Instructor, If you divide $400 by $10/hour the answer you will get is 400/10= 40. Thanks, Your student To keep things simple try to keep things to one document. When using spreadsheets leave room for the instructor to make comments and not right-left scrolling. For contact with the instructor, it is the students responsiblility to make that initiation through assignments and question (due to a large number of students) The answers to the questions are generally replied by the end of the next day. Only word-processed documents are acceptable. Incase you feel you must use a program such as Excel, you may copy and paste it onto a word-processed document. No scanned documents or documents submitted on paper or by fax, with the exception of tests, which are hand-written. It would be impossible for the instructor to meet with all the distance learning students at separate times, so the best way to communicate with him is through your Access Page. However, occasionally the instructor must meet with a student and for that reason the instructor has office hours, after electronic communication. The instructor does not accept Zipped files for various reasons. There for, files must be sent in their original format. If programs zip files without your knowledge, you should override it or send files one at a time so they cannot get Zipped. So the instructor isn't reading the same papers over and over again, save all file sent and received and keep track of them. Now, when your work is sent to your access site, the documents are safe in at least two places.
