** Your average time interval for 20 time intervals **
.390625
I evaluated the numbers and saw tha there were only three different interval times i tool the average of those three numbers.
** Your frequency distribution for the 20 time intervals (interval, number of times it was observed) **

** Your general comment to this point **
** Why did you observe only certain time intervals? **
I think that the program is designed to round the interval number to the appropriate value of sig fig
** What did you see when you looked at the differences between time successive time intervals? **
I do not understand this part of the exercise when i subtract one interval from the other i do not get the time advertised on the right.
I do get those numbers, but you might be referring to something different. Can you tell me specifically what numbers you are subtracting, what you are getting, and what numbers they are supposed to match but don't?
** Your time intervals for 7 complete breaths: **

8.234375
8.765625
8.15625
9.16375
** Your general comment to this point: **
** Why did you rarely, if ever, observe that same time interval twice? **
because we can not control our breathing as an exact since we will have different interval times but we also have to decide when to hit the button and we are not acting on impulse like the fast clicks
** Do you think this program is accurate to .1 or .01 ... **
I do not really understand how that I would be able to evluate the acurracy.
** Copy of a few lines of your spreadsheet from the TIMER program. **
