Professor Smith,
I just wanted to check and see how I am doing in the class. I have been working hard to stay on top of the class material and assignments. I have not received the grade for the first major quiz and was wondering how I did.
In addition, are experiments and labs the same thing? In the assignments section both the words labs and experiments are used. I am just checking to see if they are all supposed to be turned in, which I have been doing so far? For example Complete the lab Error Analysis I. and Perform the experiment Measuring Distortion of Paper Rulers and submit the form “ I completed both of the assignments and turned them in but was it only necessary to turn in the one that says, submit the form? I am aware that all assignments help the student understand the material and should be completed, but do not know if it is required to turn everything in.
I also wanted to check and see if you have received my work for assignments 17 -19 that I completed and submitted on 7/5, they have not shown up on my portfolio. This may be because you have been busy and have not gotten the chance to review the work, but I just wanted to check.
