Note that you made two access code requests, which is not problem (it takes me less time to process a request than it did to type this sentence, and I type fast), and there are 30 million codes available.

I just wanted to note that you didn't get the first code because you submitted a wrong email address. You used your whole first name instead of just the first initial. It's easy to understand how easily one could do that. It will be important in the future that you get the address right every time.
