Missing Lab Kit Pieces

I received the Lab kit from the bookstore today.
There wasn't a packing list, so I'm not certain what I might be missing, but from the experiment Raising Water in a Vertical Column, it appears I am missing the bottle cap with three tubes.
I didn't get any kind of bottle cap with the bookstore lab kit. I do have one from the initial kit, but it just has one tube in it.
If possible can you send me the special three tube cap to the address below:

I discovered this omission Friday. I got the packages to the front desk in time for the mail run, but the desk was not covered and I was unable to get them metered. They will go out Monday, and will include a couple of other omitted items (the latter won't be needed for some time).
I'm sorry for the oversight on my part.
