Just so you'll be forewarned, I did very poorly on one heavily weighted aspect of this test: Although I did well on everything else, I had a great deal of trouble with the questions and question aspects dealing with the motion and velocity of particular items on a given wave (that alone accounts for a majority of each of three of the test's eight questions). We never got to the specifics of those in first-semester physics, and I a) forgot to review the derivations of equations when preparing for the test (I focused on the chapters dealing with the waves once already formed, i.e., acoustics and optics) and b) didn't have enough time to reinvent the wheel in terms of re-deriving them. I'm sorry about this.

Note that the Introductory Problem Sets are very important for the tests; there are always problems taken pretty much directly from those sets.
If it becomes necessary you would be able to take another version of Test 2, but for the moment you should concentrate on the material for Tests 3 and 4.
