**** I would say that with certainty for the doubled and tripled rulers I could measure to the tenth place. For the full sized and singled rulers I could probably measure to the hundredths place due to less distortion and more clarity than the doubled and tripled rulers.

**** I would say any number past the 5th decimal place the last significant figure could be meaningless. It is hard to tell past the 5th number to make it significant, since it is such a small number.
