A steel ball rolls down a ramp and collides with a marble, as in the video.  The marble is slightly smaller and quite a bit less massive than the ball. 

• If they both experience the same force, which will have the greater acceleration?

The smaller ball will have a greater acceleration. If force is the same for both sized balls, and the mass is larger than the other, then the acceleration of the smaller ball would have to be greater than the larger ball.

• If the forces were exerted during identical time intervals, which would have the greater change in velocity?

Since the smaller ball had the greater acceleration, then its change in velocity would be greater than the larger ball.
