answer/question/discussion: when you subtract 20 minus 10 you get 10 and when you subtract 9 minus 4 you get 5 when you divide 10 and 5 you get 2 which is your answer

answer/question/discussion: the average rate of change would be 10 because you divide 30 from 3
Right numerical calculation, but you divide 30 by 3, not 'from' 3.
I point this out because errors in terminology often translate into errors in calculation.
• If the average rate at which position changes with respect to clock time is 5 cm / second, and if the clock time changes by 10 seconds, by how much does the position change?
answer/question/discussion: the position change would be .5 cm
