Problem in sending Major Quiz

Last Thursday (October 27th) I took the Major Quiz of the online class Calculus with Analytic Geometry I at the testing center in Lisbon, Portugal. Since then Ms. Cabral who is the coordinator of the student center has been trying to email you the scanned version of the test but the email is redirected to her every time she tries to send it to you. I was wondering if you had any suggestions to try to fix this issue.Thank you.

@& Have her first try to email me with no attachment. Be sure she is using my correct email address, dsmith@vhcc.edu.
Have her also copy you the email, and forward that email to me when you receive it so I can verify whether her message is reaching me.
