Starting in the second line report your average angular velocity vs. midpoint clock time data for this trial. You will report a clock time and an average angular velocity for each 180-degree interval. Use comma-delimited format with one interval reported per line.

How do I get the clock time and average angular velocity for each 180 interval?
For the least average velocity I have 56.247 degrees/second
The original data for this is 425 degrees in 7.549 seconds..
The only thing I can think of is where does the velocity hit 180 degrees?
I figured that out to be at 3.2 seconds and 6.4 seconds for 360 degrees..
I just don't know if that is what you are asking for..
And the midpoint is at 3.7745 seconds.. which is at 212.304 degrees...

How do I get the clock time and average angular velocity for each 180 interval?

If you send me all your data I can explain within that context.
You should have been hitting the timer each time an end of the strap passed in front of you. That occurs with every 180 degree rotation, so you would have clock times for the beginning and end of every 180 degree rotation, as well as the time interval corresponding to each.
Repeat your question and include all your data for that particular trial. You appear to understand quite a bit, and with that information I'm sure I can clarify the rest for you.
