Tension

I have a question about the lab we did today -- I don't know how to calculate the tension of the rubber bands. I looked through my notes from last semester but had no luck. Any hints will help!!

The tension in the rubber band will be the same as the tension on the string.
If you stretched the rubber band with the spring balance to the same length it had with the string, you would then just read the tension from the spring balance.
