Your 'timer program' report has been received. Scroll down through the document to see any comments I might have inserted, and my final comment at the end.
** Your General Comment **
** Describe what you see on your first 10 clicks **
I see three columns. The first column is the number of the click. 1 is the first click, 2 is the second click, etc. The second column is the number of seconds it has been since the program started running. The third column is the amount of time it has been between clicks.

I added up the first 20 intervals and divided by 20.

** Your general comment to this point **
The first interval in my set was actually 224.3711. I was not sure how to ad this into my calculations of the average so i took the average of interval 2-21, so that 20 intervals were included.
** Why did you observe only certain time intervals? **
I believe that the timer is set up so that it reounds to the nearest number. The timer also seems set up to give the interval to seven decimal places.
** What did you see when you looked at the differences between time successive time intervals? **
I see numbers being repeated there also. Again, I believe this means that the program is set up to round.
** Your time intervals for 7 complete breaths: **
5.4375
5.828125
5.898438
6.390625
6.707031
6.828125
6.972656
6.980469
7.058594
7.550781
** Your general comment to this point: **
** Why did you rarely, if ever, observe that same time interval twice? **
Because the intevals between each deep breath is not as close as the interval between each click.
** Do you think this program is accurate to .1 or .01 ... **
.1 second
I do not believe that the timer could be more accurate than this.

It only took this long because i had to take the extra steps in getting the timer to work on my computer. I had to get hlep with this from my husband so it added about 20 minutes to the amount of time it took me to do the actual experiment.
Your work looks very good. Let me know if you have any questions.
