I believe you've told me you have QuickTime and Windows Media Player installed. Can you play uTube videos? The posted videos are in this format. Can you play the videos on the DVDs? If you can't play a posted video or a video from the DVDs, tell me specifically what video you are trying to play, and give me a keystroke-by-keystroke and click-by-click description of what you are doing.
