The Intro Questions change, so I wouldn't be able to see the same question you're asking about. If you include a copy of the question I can understand what you are seeing and give you a better answer.

Query 27 doesn't seem to address gravitational energy changes. Again it would be best if you could include a copy of the relevant information.

In any case you don't have to answer questions specified for University Physics students.

Regarding the lab I believe the questions asked for KE per kilogram of mass. So if you know the velocity (and in the experiment velocity appears in the box labeled 'speed', lower right vicinity of the screen), you can plug it into the formula 1/2 m v^2, along with m = 1 kg, and get the desired result.
