Your average time interval for 20 time intervals
.14
I looked at all the numbers and decided for myself what number looked like it was in the middle.

Your general comment to this point
Why did you observe only certain time intervals?
It doesn't mean that the program is flawed, it just means that it can't be more exact than that.
What did you see when you looked at the differences between time successive time intervals?
There are many numbers that are exactly the same. It means that the program is consistant.
Your time intervals for 7 complete breaths:
12.85156
7.1875
7.09375
8.070313
7.859375
6.75
10.04688
8.242188
6.210938
9.78125
Your general comment to this point:
Why did you rarely, if ever, observe that same time interval twice?
The TIMER has a much better chance to time my slow breathing than the extremely fast mouse clicks.
Do you think this program is accurate to .1 or .01 ...
Answer A. This is because a lot of the mouse clicks came up with the exact same time interval, and we know that we couldn't click the mouse that fast at such exact times.
Copy of a few lines of your spreadsheet from the TIMER program.
I could not get it to save in that manner on my home computer.

I did this experiment from my home computer.
