Hey, I was curious if you had any tutoring hours. I'm not sure if my calc I class ended at the same place as this class is starting and I was just wondering if I could go over some notes I've taken with you and possibly discuss some of the homework problems in person.
@& As indicated in the Orientation, as much as I prefer working with live people, I simply can't meet face-to-face with students unless all electronic means have been exhausted. All my time is required to respond to submitted work and questions.
The upside is that I do answer all properly submitted questions. If you have questions about specific problems, use the Submit Question Form at http://vhcc2.vhcc.edu/dsmith/forms/question_form.htm.*@
@& As indicated in the Orientation, as much as I prefer working with live people, I simply can't meet face-to-face with students unless all electronic means have been exhausted. This would give preferential access to students who happen to be close to campus, at the expense of those who are not. My focus must be on responding to submitted work and questions.

We do have a math specialist in our Tutoring Center. This is recent news and I don't yet know if she's qualified for second-semester calculus. I should be able to find out next week, assuming weather doesn't close us down again.*@
