Checking the proctor info

I was just told to check in if I had not heard anything about the proctor information. I sent in the appropriate form and used email and a submit work form to alert the instructor that the proctor information has been submitted. In the response to my submit form, I was told to report back if I had not heard anything by a certain date which has passed. I was simply checking on the status of the proctor approval.

I do understand that I have sent in a proctor approval form, as well as sent in a submit work form and an email to the instructor notifying that the proctor information was submitted. I do not understand if everything correct and appropriate was turned in and sent to the instructor, and what needs to be done next.

I apparently confused your request with that of another student requesting the same proctor for the same course.
I've corrected my error by emailing the proctor and including a set of tests for you.
Give the center time to receive and process your email tomorrow, then give them a call to confirm that they have the necessary information and are able to proctor the tests.
