Professor: I emailed you yesterday about being reinstated and I was asking what I have to do to get reinstated. Also, I went to NRCC last friday to take test 1 and it was not at the testing center. I have filled out a proctor form, so what do I need to do to get the tests sent there?

I've emailed you about this. I emailed NRCC at the address you gave me, as well as a general address they have been using. You should call NRCC's testing center, share the information I've emailed you, and ask for the email address to which I need to send instructions.
Then email me with the information, and also fill out the Proctor Information Form once more.
I'm not sure where the glitch is (might somehow be on my end, though my Sent Items list shows the message as having been sent). In about a decade of students testing in my courses through NRCC, this is the first one I've encountered. So wherever the problem is, it should be pretty easy to fix.
