Precalculus link wont open

Hi professor. I am not able to open the precalculus link in the startup and orientation assignments. It wont even try. The link is blue and underlined and I am able to click it like the rest but it wont load. I attempted to open it in another window but that wouldnt work either. Let me also note that I am on an iPod if that makes a difference.

I do not understand why this precalc link will not open. I do understand that the rest of the links open so I am assuming the link is the problem not the iPod.

As far as I know all links work. I've opened each of them numerous times.
I just checked. The Address Box of my browser reads
http://vhcc2.vhcc.edu/dsmith/geninfo/frames_init_info/163/Initial_Information_163.htm
You might copy and paste this into the Address Box.
What does it read when you click on the link?
I assume you're on an IPod rather than an IPad (you type IPod twice and I don't think you'd make a mistake in the first place, must less twice, but I want to be sure).
I the links to other courses work, this one should as well.
Give it another try and let me know, both by form and email, what happens.
