** Your general comment to this point **
** Why did you observe only certain time intervals? **
The Timer program reported the clicks. If there is a flaw then it is byt he operator and not the timer program. It is a useful tool.
** What did you see when you looked at the differences between time successive time intervals? **
It repeats itself and has an amount of uncertainty in it's calculations just like a stop watch has .2 s of uncertainty.
** Your time intervals for 7 complete breaths: **
3.53125
3.46875
3.703125
3.71875
3.40625
3.285156
3.109375
7.640625
3.421875
** Your general comment to this point: **
I think I forgot to hit the button on the second to last one. I was so relaxed.
controlled breathing can do that to you
** Why did you rarely, if ever, observe that same time interval twice? **
The times were not as constant or consistant since it was a relaxing exercise. With the fast clicks it was more repeating than with the breathing exercises.
** Do you think this program is accurate to .1 or .01 ... **
B. since looking back at your differences between intervals it seems it is accurate with or about .01 s.
** Copy of a few lines of your spreadsheet from the TIMER program. **

I had a problem getting the timer.exe file to run, therefore spent more time loading items from the trouble shooting screens.
Very good work.
