I recently logged onto blackboard to check my grades but I don't have any grades yet. Is this normal? And if so, how often do you update the grades? I also looked it up using my phone so perhaps this is why I'm not seeing grades. Either way I just wanted to see if there were any grades up at this time.

The first significant grade you will get is your grade on the Major Quiz in a couple of weeks. Only test grades are recorded but I give you updates, at your request, on how you're doing with your homework and lab grades.
Right now you're pretty much getting full credit for everything you submit, which is so far of excellent quality.
