Need help with some issues.

I registered late for the course and missed a lot of assignments and tests in that way.
I have almost finished the Initial activities and I believe I will be on track from Week 6 work.
But can you please help me for all the work before that? There are 2 exams and about 20 assignments I have missed. I promise to work hard and do my best to catch up.
Also, I am located outside the United States and securing a proctor for my exams is really difficult for me because it is not a common trend here, and no instructor agrees to proctor. Can you please proctor my exams through the webcam or suggest me any other way? If no, please give me some additional time to try to secure a proctor. Under same issue, are the exams going to be totally online? In that case, I might get a proctor secured.
I have completed a lot of initial activities till now but they haven't been graded yet. Kindly tell me how much time will it take for them to show up on my Blackboard.
Sorry to bother you with a lot of problems at once, but it all happened because i registered late and it took me a while to get used to this teaching medium.

Since we have had delays, due to your being out of the country, in getting your initial lab materials to you I can allow you until September 2 to complete your work. If you do happen to finish before the August 7 deadline, of course, you'll get your course grade then. Otherwise you will receive an Incomplete, which will be changed in early September to the grade you have earned by 9/2/14.
You can adapt the assignment schedule to the 8 weeks. I believe that doing an extra assignment each week would allow you to complete the course in the time allotted.
The Orientation assignments you have complete are, and have been, posted at your access site (to access this site see instructions in the email that contained your access code).
I cannot proctor an exam through a webcam. Exams must be proctored by a qualified individual or testing service.
Will you be returning to the U.S. at any point in the near future?
