I just got back from taking the final. I could not find the test taken form but wanted to make you aware.
My name is ********* . So far I have learned how I will be submitting my work for the course. Also I set up my access code which will be used to submit my work. My work will be posted along with the instructors response. But I need to keep a back up of the document just in case. I am using Windows 7 64 bit operating system.
