** #$&*Your average time interval for 20 time intervals **

0.155078145

I added the intervals of 20 of the values and then divided the result by 20.

** #$&*Your frequency distribution for the 20 time intervals (interval, number of times it was observed) **

.1601563, 5

.1640625, 6

** #$&*Your general comment to this point **

** #$&*Why did you observe only certain time intervals? **

I disagree, I think the timer rounded a little bit to make it seem like the values were more accurate because it knowns that there are many human errors that may occur. The time is trying to reduce the number of human errors by making the values seem more reasonable.

** #$&*What did you see when you looked at the differences between time successive time intervals? **

There is a pattern. Many of the numbers are very similar. TIMER probably has a pattern that it uses when it gives us the results.

** #$&*Your time intervals for 7 complete breaths: **

8.496094

7.027344

6.625

6.265625

7.910156

7.652344

7.730469

** #$&*Your general comment to this point: **

** #$&*Why did you rarely, if ever, observe that same time interval twice? **

The clicks were one after another. With breathing, i may have taken longer or shorter breaths at certain times.

** #$&*Do you think this program is accurate to .1 or .01 ... **

b.

I believe b is the answer because with the given trials and the values i looked at to find a pattern, being accurate within 0.01 seconds was what i noticed.
