For the FLow Experiment in Assignment 2 we are to use the graduated cylinder that was included in the lab kit. The cylinder is supposed to have two holes drilled into the side of it.

My graduated cylinder does not have the holes drilled into it. I can drill the holes into it myself, I am just unsure of where they are to be located on the cylinder.

Can you please tell me where to drill the holes in the side of the cylinder?
I apologize for my oversight. I knew I had neglected to drill holes in a few of the cylinders, but thought I had corrected that.
Use the smallest a drill bit you have that allows you to still insert a piece of the larger-diameter tubing. If you drill the hole too small you can always enlarge it. If you accidentally drill the hole too big you can always plug it and try again. The goal is to be able to insert the tubing without significant leakage around the tubing, so that nearly all the water that exits the cylinder exits through the tubing rather than around it. A few drops of leakage is no problem, a steady stream of leakage could affect your results.
One hole should be roughly an inch above the base, the other hole an inch or two above the first.
