I have two theories and will present both:

1) Work is simply force over a distance. In this case, 3N of force are acting on 15cm. Multiplying these to find work gives that work is equal to 45Ncm. This would have to be equal on the other side so we would have to find 5cm(x)=45 Ncm. This would obviously be 9N.

2) I was thinking about this answer using trig and for some reason it doesn't make sense to me to use the distance of how far away it is. I feel that we need to find the actual distance of the rubber band. I feel that I dont have enough information so solve this seeing that we weren't given the angle or the length of the hypotenuse so if this is the case, I am unsure how to solve the problem.

In either case, whichever is correct, the bar would not move if the die were to come unglued. Forces would be acting in equal and opposite directions so there would be no net movement.
