I sent a couple of emails regard the below issue, but I am sendiing it this way as well since I haven't heard any response.
Prof. Smith,
I received my kit on Tuesday and started the final 3 labs that you requested for me to do to finish the class. I did one Tues night which you have already graded. I just finished the second on and submitted it around 12:30 am. I wanted to get the thrid one done and be finished, however that lab requires equipment that was not sent with my rental packet. My rental kit only included the capacitor and the generator. I received not bulbs or wire leads, but I managed to use what I had around the house. The third lab requires a multimeter which was not sent with my kit either. I know you gave me until Thursday to finish these up but I cant get the last one done without the other instruments.

The rental materials did not include the second package of materials, which should have been ordered separately. However your improvisation was good and you have achieved the necessary goal with your labs.
Grade changes should have gone in today but snow scared some key people away; Monday will work as well as today. Email me Monday to confirm status.
