i got this number by pasting the info into Excel using the text import wizard, deliminating the text by spaces. Then I used the sum function for the interval column and divided by 20.

This must mean that the timer has certain intervals that it it times to.

the diferences are a factor of 0.015625. This must be the intervals of the timer

with the increased time between clicks, the timer does not need to be as acurate.

My answwer is (a)
because the timers intervals are 0.015625 of a second. This means that the timer is not acurate to two decial place because it cannot give me a time of 0.01.
