You can't make up quizzes, but missing a few won't hurt you. I do allow a few misses without penalty.

I am sorry that I was unable to attend class on Wednesday, but I have been having car trouble. I have found a car and my mother will be driving me to pick it up after she gets off work tomorrow (Friday) at 5:00, so I will probably have to miss Friday as well. Would you please let me know what I need to be doing to stay in sync with class, and if there is anything that I can do to make up the missed quizzes. Thank You.
