Your 'ball down ramp' report has been received. Scroll down through the document to see any comments I might have inserted, and my final comment at the end.
Your general comment
Will a steeper ramp give greater or lesser time?
The time will be the least for the steepest ramp
As slopes increases will time intervals increase, decrease or show no pattern?
decreasing

Do your results support or fail to support your hypothesis about increasing or decreasing times?
No because the steeper the slope, the faster the time
How do you think ave velocity is related to slope?
The higher the slope, the greater the velocity
Speculate on why ave velocity changes with slope.
The amount of gravity pushing down on them
How could you test your speculations?
Test it with more trials and more dominos under the end
20 minutes
Your responses have been reviewed and everything looks good. I assume you had a kit from before, since kits for this semester with dominoes, etc., have only just today become available. Note that this experiment has not yet been assigned. Only the TIMER experiment was assigned from this group of experiments. However this experiment will be assigned next week, so you're that much ahead on next week's work.
Please let me know if you have any questions related to this orientation assignment.
