• If they both experience the same force, which will have the greater acceleration?

The smaller ball will have the greater acceleration because f=ma so if it is the same force, the object with the smaller mass will cause a greater acceleration.

• If the forces were exerted during identical time intervals, which would have the greater change in velocity?

answer/question/discussion: ->->->->->->->->->->->-> :

The smaller ball would also have the bigger change in velocity because it would have a higher acceleration and its initially at rest.
