I am debating on whether to take the online PHY 241 University Physics online or on campus. The problem I have is that I have enrolled in Wythevilles online/elluminate MTH 277. There is a schedule conflict with the in class Physics and the online MTH 277. The teacher of the math class has proposed moving the class to 2:00 but the physics class ends at 2:00. I know you are teaching the MTH 277 on campus and it starts at 2:00. Does physics always let out right at 2:00? I just wonder if I would have time to go to the library to log in for the calculus class.

In light of all this I am tempted to stay in the online physics class so I can stay in the Wytheville class. The reason I would like to stay in it is that it uses the elluminate system and that is what UVA uses for their distance engineering program that I am hoping to get into and I wanted as much exposure to it to insure that when all my classes are delivered that way I will be familiar with the system.

I notice that many more students are enrolled in the online physics than the on campus. I was weary of doing the labs at home. Is the online class necessarily more cumbersome because of this?
Since my Mth 277 starts at 2:00, you could get to the library or learning lab to log on by 2.
I generally recommend the in-class physics over the online, especially for students who will be transferring to UVA, because they prefer labs to have been done in an actual lab. However I'll be glad to work with you either way.
