On the Assignments page, we have been doing labs with each assignment. On the Assignments page though, there is also an Experiments link. Am I supposed to be working through those experiments as well? It seems the experiments listed there are very similar to what I have been doing.

Just do the experiments that are specifically assigned on the Assignments page. Of course you would be welcome to do more, but with the excellent work you've been doing that would be both redundantant and unnecessary.
