Dear Mr. Smith-I have received my access code from you… I am submitting this from Windows/Word 2010… Please let me know if this is acceptable. I am not a computer wiz by any means… Notepad is available on my computer but I am not familiar with it. My hopes for the rest of your introduction…would be that I hope it will ease my mind a bit, as this is my first online experience…I am returning to college after almost twenty years and it is all so new to me. I am excited!
