Your average time interval for 20 time intervals
0.1344
I added up all the intervals starting at 2 to number 21 and then divided the answer by 20.
Your frequency distribution for the 20 time intervals (interval, number of times it was observed)

Your general comment to this point
Why did you observe only certain time intervals?
Not flawed or useless, but more of a rounded program, it rounds out the number.
What did you see when you looked at the differences between time successive time intervals?
The difference between the intervals are also uniformed and looks as though the program rounds.

Your general comment to this point:
My times seem to be less than the example times.
Why did you rarely, if ever, observe that same time interval twice?
because it was not a continual click, but was more random.
Do you think this program is accurate to .1 or .01 ...
c. because the programs times all seem to round out the last few decimal points
