How accurately do you think you can measure the time between two events using the TIMER program?

Within 0.5 seconds fairly accurately and within 1 second very accurately.

Tenths of a second. I understand why people may say they could measure smaller units more accurately but hundreths of a second are just too small to measure with any certainty.

How does the percent error in timing intervals change as the time between the events gets smaller?

The percent error gets larger.

How accurately are you able to measure the positions of the ball and the pendulum in the initial video?

Accurately because those are uniform motions that I can get used to and time easily.
