I started this course and slacked off a bit when my anatomy class rolled around, it consumed most of my time. Now that it is over I will have time to focus on this math course if it is not to late. If I remember correctly the test have to be completed by the end of the term however I was unsure if it is to late to complete the assignments that I have already missed in accordance with the due dates schedule. The course of study document indicates there is one quiz, two tests and an exam, however on the due dates schedule it indicates more tests. Please clarify the number of test.
If it is not too late I would love to participate in this class. Please let me know if you believe I have adequate time to catch up and if I will be able to complete the courses in the due dates table without penalty.

You can submit assignments and take tests without penalty.
If you haven't completed a test by tomorrow, you will be administratively withdrawn from the course. However it is easy to be reinstated. In your case, to be reinstated you would have to complete the first two tests, with a passing average, by the end of next week. In the interim you will submit work in the usual manner.
You will be getting an email explaning more about administrative withdrawal.
