I am behind schedule in mth 151 and mth152 should I study test this week and skip over the work if I think I can pass test to bring me current? Took me longer then thought to complete syllabus.

It's usually necessary to do the work in order to prepare for the tests.

However if you think you can pass the tests by doing only part of the work, it's fine to try. If it doesn't work out on a given test you can try again with another version of the test.
