It doesn't give enough information in order for me to answer or I don't understand what you are wanting.

What exactly are you asking me to do in this question and what would be the equation to use?
You were given a function value(t), and you're asked to apply that function to these expressions.
For example if the function was value(t) = t^2, then you would have
value(0) = 0^2 = 0
value(2) = 2^2 = 4
value(t+3) = (t+3)^2 = t^2 + 6 t + 9.
