Assignment 2 open query

Upon going through the assignment #2 I opened the open query file and the first question is asking for data points regarding a temperature versus time graph and the beginning few questions are related and I'm not sure where I'm supposed to get this data from.

I do understand the document must be completed and submitted as part of my assignments but I do not understand where to get the data from.

Where do I get the data from to complete the open query for assignment #2?

Each of those worksheets includes exercises which are to be completed as part of the assignment.
