0.1481252
I found the difference between the last click and the first click by subtracting the first number from the last number, then I divided by 25.

** Your general comment to this point **
** Why did you observe only certain time intervals? **
When you click the button, it rounds to the closest time interval. No, it's not useless.
** What did you see when you looked at the differences between time successive time intervals? **
All of the numbers are factors of .01563.
** Your time intervals for 7 complete breaths: **
8.40625
12.28125
13.4375
13.6875
16.85938
18.14063
16.46875
14.6875
13.625

** Your general comment to this point: **
** Why did you rarely, if ever, observe that same time interval twice? **
The more relaxed breathing you did, the slower your heart rate/breathing became, so the time interval wasn't the same.
** Do you think this program is accurate to .1 or .01 ... **
B.
Since all of the numbers are multiples of .01563, it's accuracy is limited to about one hundredth of a second.
** Copy of a few lines of your spreadsheet from the TIMER program. **
